Other than just a high GPA and a amazing SAT score, what other things will set a high school student apart from the other 4.0 GPA kind of students to help them get into an ivy league, or prestigious college?

This year (freshman) all of my tuition is getting payed by government financial aid. However, I need money for other things like housing and credit cards. Will a student loan affect next year's financial aid even if all of the money were spent? What kind of student loan would be better to get, private or federal?

I have ,000 in various student loans, but since consolidating my combined payment is only 0/month. I have no other debt. Do lenders view student loan debt differently due to the flexibility of the loans? Also, would they look more at the total amount of the debt or the monthly payment when determining the rate and loan amount?

In the far/aim the student pilot certificate is good for 2 years a 3rd class medical is good for 3 years if you are under 40. But my medical and student pilot certificate are both one document. So do they expire at different times or at the same time? The far/aim does not address this that I can find. Thanks!

Hi, I am an international student who is studying in CA.
I cook well, so I want to rent a unit and open a small restaurant.
However, I am not really sure can I, as an international student would be able to start a restaurant here.
If yes, is it necessarily to apply any kind of license to run it.
Thanks!
