Before you start to type that full time student's are not tax exempt and that they are treated no different than everyone else realize this:
It IS possible to be exempt from council tax.
I have heard that it is possible to be exempt from FICA.
Ive heard someone say something about income tax as well, but I am skeptical about that and I think he might have meant that thats the way it used to be. So my question is what are all of the full time student tax exemptions? Are there any programs for full-time students that do sort of the same thing like refunds or full blown exemptions?
Cmon, I know there are some shifty well informed students out there. Also I open the response up for high school studies as well, I am not talking entirely about college students. I am not sure if there is a difference, but I am curious to find out.
Oh and by the way I am talking about United States Taxes.

How to be a full time student in university?
What is the difference between full time student and non full time student?
Someone told me 12 hour is the minimum hour if you be a full time student in any university .
If I take 5 hours for the 1st semester, then take 12 hours through my university years. Can I still be a full time student.

I used Chase last year as my student loan provider but they max per year at ,000 (my tuition is ,000) and I need to take summer courses and pay for supplies. But i don't want the check to go to the school because I might be transferring.
Does anybody know of any other banks that gives the money straight to the student?

I am a student going to a community college on full scholarships. However, next fall I am planning to go to Mississippi State University. My problem is, even though I am only 19, I have already defaulted on a loan and stopped payments on a cellular phone contract. My credit isn't even good enough to get a Wal-Mart card anymore. I am trying to get a hefty student loan to pay for my school expenses in my quest for higher learning. I would get a co-signer but no-one in my family has a good credit score either. So how would someone in my position go about getting a good loan for college?

From what I understand, a transfer student is a student from another university who intends to finish the degree at the latter university. Whereas an exchange student is just a student who intends on finishing the degree at the former uni. Does this really make a difference?

I'm planning on going to law school after I graduate from a 4-year college. I'm just wondering if I'll have to start paying back my student loans after 4-year college, or after I graduate from law school?
P.S. I'm just doing some preliminary checks on student loans in general, I'm a senior in high school and I'm just thinking ahead.

I am not talking about the legality or the moral/ethical side of it, or whether you think it's gross.
I am talking about the relationship/dynamic between a student and teacher, or master and pupil, or within an apprenticeship or whatever you want to call it. I am also talking about male teacher to female student, male teacher to male student, female teacher to female student, or female teacher to male student.
Does introducing sex into the dynamic alter the dynamic in any way?

I have been elected my 9th grade rep. I was rep in 7th and 8th grade at the same school (the school is a middle and high school combined with the same student council). I may want to transfer schools (if i do, runner up would get my position). Student council for freshman year is preventing me, i dont think i could get student council at the new school. Is student that important on a college resume?

I want to apply for a Master's Program at Copenhagen University... but have no money! Where exactly do I start? I know very little about student loans in general, and especially little about them when studying internationally, especially at the graduate level. Do I need to talk to the University? How do direct to consumer loans work? Is it super difficult to get student loans?
